How Do Juniors Jibe with RIPP?
All activities in which juniors participate are in Phase I of our Rainmakers Internship Preparation Program (RIPP). We offer high school juniors a rather large menu of activities that will inform and prepare them for their futures.
These consist of draft résumé writing (and eventual critical review), an in-school competitive team event called ‘Race for a Place,’ lessons in building professional networks, and the opportunity to experience realistic online pre-employment tests identical to those used by hundreds of companies across the country.
Juniors can also participate in the activities offered in the Junior|Senior Interphase, which consists of a large number of podcasts, teleconferences, and other online opportunities. Juniors can view these presentations through senior year to ensure they learn as much as possible about the workplace and how to prepare for it.
